Apple Crumble (premium):  Fresh apple cake baked with butter, brown sugar, and steel cut oats, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, cake crumb, and turbinado sugar.

 

Apple Pie (premium):  Fresh sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, apple pie glaze, and a wedge of pie crust. 

 

Bailey’s Irish Cream (premium):  Vanilla bean cake infused with Bailey’s Irish Cream with a touch of espresso, topped with vanilla bean butter cream and white chocolate morsels. 

 

Bananas Foster (premium):  Roasted banana and caramel cake, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, caramel drizzle, and a candied banana chip.

 

Banana Puddin’ (premium):  Banana cake with a Nilla wafer base, topped with a dab of home made banana puddin’, vanilla bean butter cream, and another Nilla wafer.

 

Banana Split (premium):  Banana cake, topped with a strawberry buttercream, chocolate ganache, and a cherry.

 

Banana Strawberry (premium):  Banana cake topped with strawberry buttercream and a strawberry reduction drizzle.

 

Berry White (premium):  Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries roasted with port wine and brown sugar, topped with white chocolate buttercream, and white chocolate drizzle.

 

Big Red Chocolate Bomb (classic):  Red velvet cake drenched in chocolate ganache, topped with chocolate butter cream, and rolled in Cocoa Pebbles.

 

Black and White (classic):  Half vanilla, half chocolate cake topped with chocolate and vanilla swirled buttercream.

 

Black Forest (premium):  Chocolate cake made with black onyx cocoa, filled with hand made black cherry filling, topped with vanilla butter cream.

 

Blackberry Port (premium):  Vanilla cake, fresh blackberries, brown sugar, and port wine, topped with blackberry buttercream and drizzled with blackberry reduction.

 

Blood Orange (premium):  (February-April)  Blood orange cake topped with orange buttercream and a drizzle of blood orange reduction.

 

Blue Velvet (classic):  Blue raspberry infused cake, topped with a vanilla buttercream.

 

Blueberry Bliss (premium):  Butter cake infused with sweet fresh blueberries, topped with vanilla bean butter cream & blueberry reduction.

 

Blueberry Crumble (premium):  Blueberry cake, topped with vanilla bean butter cream, brown sugar, butter, and toasted steel cut oats.

 

Bourbon Cream (premium):  Our signature Not-So Plain Jane cake infused with honey bourbon Jack Daniels, topped with a honey-vanilla buttercream.

 

Butter Beer (classic):  Harry Potter’s fav. Butter scotch cake baked with butterscotch morsels, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, caramel drizzle, and a sprinkling of butterscotch morsels.

 

Butterfinger (premium):  Butter cake with crushed Butterfinger candy bars, topped with a chocolate buttercream, and a caramel drizzle.

 

Café Créme:  Italian espresso cake, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and a dusting of espresso.

 

Caramel Macchiato:  Italian espresso and caramel cake, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, a drizzle of chocolate, a drizzle of caramel, and dark chocolate curls.

 

Caramel Popcorn:  Caramel cake glazed with caramel and sea salt, topped with vanilla bean butter cream, caramel popcorn, caramel drizzle and a dusting of sea salt.

 

Carrot Cake (premium):  Fresh organic carrots, plump golden raisins, diced apricots, and spices in a butter cake base, topped with vanilla buttercream, or cream cheese buttercream on request. (baked with or without nuts.)

 

Cereal Milk:  Oven toasted corn flakes, soaked in fresh cream blended into this amazing cake, topped with vanilla bean butter cream, and toasted cornflake crumble.

 

Cherry Pie (premium):  Black cherry cake topped with hand made cherry pie filling, a dollop of vanilla buttercream, and a butter-flake pie crust wafer.

 

Chai Tea (premium):  Fresh ginger root, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, black pepper corns, dark brown sugar, and cream, make this a hit! Topped with brown sugar buttercream.

 

Chocolate Caramel:  Chocolate-caramel cake topped with chocolate buttercream, drizzled with caramel.

 

Chocolate Chocolate Chip:  Chocolate cake loaded with chocolate chips, topped with chocolate buttercream and sprinkled with even more chocolate chips.

 

Chocolate Confetti:  Chocolate cake baked with rainbow confetti, topped with chocolate buttercream and more rainbow sprinkles.

 

Chocolate Covered Strawberry:  Fresh strawberry cake topped with creamy chocolate buttercream.

 

Chocolate Cream Puff:  Chocolate cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream.

 

Chocolate Merlot (premium):  Dark chocolate cake infused with Merlot wine, topped with chocolate buttercream and a merlot reduction drizzle.

 

Chocolate Milkshake:  Malted chocolate cake topped with malted chocolate butter cream, drizzled with chocolate and chocolate curls.

 

Chocolate Orange:  Triple chocolate cake, topped with a zesty orange buttercream.

 

Chocolate Stout (premium):  Dark chocolate cake infused with Irish stout beer, topped with chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache and dark chocolate curls.

 

Chunky Monkey (premium):  Banana cake loaded with chocolate chunks, topped with chocolate buttercream, and a sugared banana chip.

 

Churro:  Rich butter cake made with cinnamon and brown sugar, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, a cinnamon dipped deep fried tortilla slice, and drizzled with a cinnamon reduction.

 

Cinnamon Roll:  Butter cake layered with brown sugar and cinnamon, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and cinnamon brown sugar drizzle.

 

Cinnamon Toast Crunch:  Cinnamon toast crunch cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream and rolled in cinnamon Toast crunch cereal. 

 

Coconut (premium):  Coconut cake loaded with coconut flakes topped with vanilla bean buttercream and covered in coconut. (toasted coconut upon request)

 

Cookie Monster:  Butter cake loaded with chocolate chips topped with vanilla bean buttercream, and a cute little chocolate chip cookie.

 

Creamsicle:  Orange crush cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream and candied orange slices.

 

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy:  Our signature lemon cake topped with lemon buttercream.  Bright and zesty!

 

Euphoreo:  Crumbled Oreo and cream cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream and an Oreo crumble.

 

French Toast (premium):  Maple cream cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream and a piece of Pig Candy AKA maple cured bacon.

 

Fruity Pebbles:  Cream and fruity pebbles cake topped with pink vanilla bean butter cream, then rolled in Fruity Pebbles.

 

Fudge-o-licious:  Half brownie batter, half cake batter cake topped with chocolate buttercream, chocolate drizzle, and chocolate curls.

 

German Chocolate (premium):  Dutch cocoa cake, coconut, caramel, and pecans topped with chocolate buttercream, drizzled with caramel, sprinkled with toasted coconut and roasted pecans.

 

Ginger Snap:  Yellow cake loaded with ginger snap cookie crumble and fresh ginger puree, topped with a nutmeg infused buttercream, and a ginger snap cookie.

 

Grandma’s Cake:  Butter cake, with a chocolate buttercream. My grandma’s favorite.

 

Grasshopper:  Triple chocolate cake, topped with a mint buttercream, and chocolate morsels.

 

Heath Bar Crunch (premium):  Heath bar infused caramel-butter cake, topped with chocolate buttercream, caramel drizzle, and crushed heath bar pieces.

 

Hot Cocoa:  Hot chocolate, marshmallow infused cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream, chocolate drizzle, and mini marshmallows.

 

Hummingbird (premium):  Banana cake with pineapple and pecans baked inside. Topped with a vanilla buttercream, a pineapple drizzle and chopped pecans.

 

Jimmy Buffet (premium):  Pineapple, cilantro, coconut cake, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, mango drizzle, coconut, and candied pineapple.

 

Lemon Basil:  Lemon cake made with fresh basil, topped with a lemon buttercream, and basil sugar

 

Lemon Black Sesame Seed:  Lemon cake infused with sesame oil, drenched in lemon drizzle, topped with lemon buttercream and sprinkled with toasted black sesame seeds.

 

Lemon Cream:  Our Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy cake topped with vanilla buttercream, and a wedge of lemon.

 

Lemon Drop Martini (premium):  Lemon cake infused with a touch of lemon vodka topped with lemon buttercream and sugar nibs.

 

Lemon Ginger:  Rich lemon cake made with fresh grated ginger, topped with lemon ginger buttercream.

 

Lemon Poppy Seed:  Lemon cake baked with toasted poppy seeds, topped with a vanilla glaze.  No buttercream on this one.

 

Lime Margarita:  Lime cake topped with a zesty lime buttercream and a dusting of sea salt.

 

Limoncello (premium):  Limoncello cake topped with lemon buttercream and lemon drizzle plus fresh lemon slice.

 

Lucky Charms:  Butter cake baked with lucky charms cereal and marshmallows, topped with a green vanilla buttercream, and rolled in lucky charms.

 

Lump-o-Coal:  Black Onyx cocoa cake, topped with a black onyx chocolate buttercream.

 

Mango (premium):  Mango cake, infused with mango puree, topped with a vanilla buttercream and a drizzle of mango reduction.

 

Maple Créme Brûlée:  Maple, cream, and nutmeg cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream and brûlée sugar.

 

Marble:  The best of both worlds! Is it a chocolate cake swirled with vanilla or vanilla cake swirled with chocolate? Chocolate-vanilla, vanilla-chocolate swirled buttercream? you tell us?

 

Mayan Chocolate:  Chocolate cake, infused with cinnamon and cayenne pepper, topped with a chocolate buttercream and a candy red hot.

 

Mexican Hot Chocolate:  Chocolate and cinnamon cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream and mini marshmallows.

 

Meyer Lemon:  Lemon-Orange cake, topped with a lemon buttercream, garnished with a candied orange wedge.

 

Mimosa (premium):  Orange zest and champagne infused cake topped with orange buttercream.

 

Mixed Berry Port (premium):  Mixed berries, brown sugar, and port wine reduced and added to butter cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream and a drizzle of port wine reduction.

 

Mocha Dream:  Chocolate and Italian espresso cake topped with chocolate buttercream and dusted with fresh powdered espresso beans.

 

Mojito:  Zesty lime cake, baked with mint and just a little rum. topped with a lime buttercream.

Mulled Merlot:  Butter cake infused with red wine, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, and dark brown sugar topped with vanilla bean buttercream and drizzled with red wine reduction.

Not So Plain Jane:  Our number one seller! Whole-bean Madagascar vanilla cake topped with vanilla bean buttercream.

 

Nutella:  Chocolate and hazelnut cupcake, topped with a chocolate buttercream and a drizzle of Nutella.

 

Orange Crush:  Orange cake make with orange crush soda, topped with a zippy orange butter cream.

 

Orange Cranberry Swirl (premium):  Orange crush cake filled with cranberries, topped with an orange buttercream and a drizzle of cranberry preserves.

 

Orange Raspberry:  Orange crush cake filed with raspberry puree’, topped with orange buttercream and drizzle with raspberry reduction.

 

Orange-U-Chocolate:  Orange crush cake filled with chocolate and topped with chocolate buttercream.

 

Peach Cobbler (premium):  Butter cake made with peach puree, fresh peaches, and cinnamon, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, sweet peach chutney, brown sugar, and vanilla cookie crumb.

 

Peach Gingersnap (premium):  Fresh peach cake, baked with crumbled ginger snaps, topped with a vanilla buttercream, a peach reduction and a gingersnap cookie.

 

Peach Schnapps (premium):  (21 and over) Peach cake infused with peach schnapps topped with vanilla bean butter cream and a drizzle of peach schnapps.

 

Peanut Butter & Jelly:  Madagascar vanilla cake filled with raspberry jam, topped with peanut butter buttercream, and drizzle with raspberry.

 

Pear Riesling (premium):  Fresh pears baked in riesling wine and pureed into rich butter cake, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and a slice of pear.

 

Pecan Pie (premium):  Butter cake loaded with chopped pecans, filled with pecan chess, and topped with a whipped vanilla buttercream.

 

Peppermint Schnapps (premium):  (21 and over)  Vanilla bean cake infused with peppermint schnapps, topped with vanilla bean-peppermint schnapps buttercream.

 

Peppermint Stick:  (December)  Madagascar vanilla cake infused with peppermint, and topped with a vanilla buttercream and a sprinkle of peppermint candy pieces.

 

Pina Colada (premium):  Coconut cake, topped with a brown sugar buttercream, and a pineapple reduction drizzle.

 

Pineapple Express (premium):  Pineapple and brown sugar cake, topped with brown sugar buttercream and a slice of pineapple.

 

Pink Lemonade:  Pink lemonade cake topped with a yellow lemon buttercream.

Pistachio: Pistachio cake topped with pistachio buttercream. 

 

Pistachio Raspberry (premium):  Our Pistachio cake topped with a raspberry buttercream, and a pistachio nut crumble.

 

Pumpkin Spice (premium):  Spice cake baked with fresh pumpkin, topped with a vanilla buttercream and a dusting of pie spices.

 

Raspberry Champagne (premium):  Raspberry cake filled with raspberry puree and infused with crisp champagne, topped with raspberry buttercream.

 

Raspberry Chocolate:  Raspberry cake filled with raspberry puree topped with chocolate buttercream and drizzled with raspberry reduction.  We add fresh raspberries on top when in season.

 

Raspberry Lemon:  Raspberry cake filled with raspberry puree, topped with lemon buttercream, a lemon wedge and fresh raspberries (when in season). 

 

Red Velvet:  Dutch press cocoa cake topped with vanilla buttercream.  (Cream cheese buttercream available on request.)

 

Red Velvet Ribbon:  Our Red Velvet and Not-So-Plain Jane cake swirled together, topped with a vanilla buttercream.

 

Root Beer Float:  A sarsaparilla cake, topped with a whipped vanilla buttercream.

 

Rum Raisin (premium):  A dark rum cake, filled with golden raisins, topped with a brown sugar buttercream.

 

Sangria (premium):  (June - August) Red wine cake loaded with pineapple, strawberry, lemon, lime & orange zest, black cherries, and blueberries, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and a fruit reduction.

 

Sea-Salted Caramel:  Caramel cake infused with a bit of sea salt topped with vanilla bean buttercream and a caramel drizzle.

 

Sea Salted Caramel Apple (premium):  Caramel cake with fresh apples baked throughout, topped with vanilla bean buttercream, then drizzled with caramel, with a sprinkle of sea salt and an apple crisp.

 

Sea-Salted Chocolate:  Sea salt dusted chocolate cake topped with chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache, chocolate curls, and sea salt crystals.

 

S’mores:  A graham cracker base beneath chocolate cake, topped with vanilla bean buttercream chocolate ganache’ mini marshmallows and a graham cracker crumble.

 

Snickerdoodle:  Butter cake infused with white sugar and cinnamon topped with vanilla bean buttercream, sugar and cinnamon.

 

Spiked Egg Nog (premium):  (December) Egg nog and honey bourbon infused cake with vanilla bean buttercream and a dusting of fresh nutmeg. 

 

Sticky Bun (premium):  Butter cake baked with maple syrup and pecans topped with a vanilla bean maple buttercream.

 

Strawberry Balsamic (premium):  Farm fresh strawberries, reduced with thirty year old balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and just a bit of port wine, make the base for this cake sweet and fruity, with just a touch of tang.  Topped with a vanilla buttercream, and a strawberry balsamic reduction drizzle.

 

Strawberry Blonde (premium):  (June-July)  Strawberry cake infused with strawberry beer topped with vanilla bean buttercream and a fresh strawberry.

 

Strawberry Kiss (premium):  (April-August) Strawberry cake filled with chocolate, topped with chocolate buttercream and fresh strawberries. 

 

Strawberry Margarita (premium):  (April-August)  Strawberry margarita cake topped with strawberry-lime buttercream, fresh strawberries and a dusting of sea salt.

 

Strawberry Milkshake:  Malted strawberry cake topped with whipped strawberry buttercream.

 

Strawberry Shortcake (premium):  Vanilla bean cake topped with fresh strawberry puree, vanilla bean buttercream and a strawberry reduction sauce.

 

Sunshine:  Our Easy Peasy Lemon Squeeze cake topped with an orange buttercream.  A very citrus and bright flavor.

 

Sweet Potato:  Butter cake loaded with fresh roasted sweet potato puree, brown sugar, and cinnamon, topped with vanilla butter cream and cinnamon sugar with mini marshmallows.

 

Sweet Tea:  Yellow cake with a three-tea infusion, topped with a lemon buttercream and culinary lavender.

 

Toasted Almond (premium):  Amaretto and Kahlua infused cake, topped with a vanilla buttercream and almond slivers.

 

Tony Stark (premium):  (21 and over) Honey bourbon white chocolate cake topped with white chocolate buttercream and bourbon-honey drizzle. 

 

Tres Leches:  Butter cake drenched in sweet cream, topped with vanilla bean buttercream and caramel.

 

Triple Chocolate:  Rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, a drizzle of chocolate and milk chocolate morsels.

 

Vermonter (premium):  Maple butter cake topped with vanilla buttercream, maple syrup, and garnished with a piece of candied bacon.

 

White Chocolate Peppermint:  White chocolate cake, infused with mint, topped with a vanilla buttercream and white chocolate morsels.

 

White Chocolate Raspberry (premium):  White chocolate cake filled with raspberry puree, topped with white chocolate buttercream and drizzled with white chocolate and raspberry puree.

 

White Russian (premium):  White chocolate cake, infused with Kahlua, topped with a vanilla buttercream and white chocolate morsels.

 

White Tuxedo:  White chocolate cake with white chocolate buttercream, drizzled with white chocolate, and sprinkled with white chocolate morsels.

 

Whoopie Pie:  (cupcake only)  Chocolate cake separated top from bottom, filled with vanilla bean buttercream, and reassembled with the buttercream in the middle.
